The basic idea is that you create your own simulated cricketer (or rugby, football, soccer, basketball player for that matter) and get a contract with a club. Then you work your way up through second class cricket and into the first class scene, represent your state/provence etc. You can make yourself whatever you want to be and the more active you are, the more experience your player gets
