  • Amazon.com: Binocular Astronomy (9780943396880): Craig Crossen, Wil Tirion: Books

Though I have observed in actual scientific observatories, I've never observed through binoculars and my interests are more in astrophysics rather than pure astronomy, so take this suggestion with a grain of salt. I've just heard a few people say good things about this.
It's a pretty faithful cover of a genius tune.

What I find frustrating about Radiohead is that they are such a vital guitar band that it seems plain daft they piss about with tune-free Autechre rip-offs.
Thanks buddy :) Great to be back as well, especially with the WC on.

Let me know if you need me to change my avatar :P
Well I'm not an expert. But I find with albums recorded with vinyl there us a better representation of their aims, although the beatles remasters have changed that up. There's also the fact that the sound is direct and just amplified by the speakers rather than being 'sent' if that makes sense.
Sweet. I have a few oasis, GNR, Motley Crue of my own, including a couple of vinyl boots from the latter, and a couple of Beatles compilations (i.e. the EMI released ones in the 70s). Prized possessions are probably my 45s that my dad gave me though, some early Beatles singles & EPs, same for the Stones and also the Give Peace a Chance single but with a misprint, "Give Peace a Change"

Obviously I was baiting you in the Radiohead thread, I pick albums up by my faves on vinyl when they come out. Bought Chinese democracy on CD & Vinyl on release date, same with the last oasis release and I've pre-ordered Beady Eye on vinyl. Love the size of them tbh.
Also reading a bit on the curriculum....MSN me about some buzz words that they use but you want to watch out for :p.
Bit annoyed you didn't tell me about your straight med school acceptance :). Congrats nonetheless. I'll see you in (6?) years. :p
