    Tbh just thought it the accusation of racsim was so much worse, that there was no point getting into a debate about the other comment and losing the main point. Anyhow, the end result with infractions would be the same I think.

    Yeah, AV is hardly guranteed to be proportional. I can get the criticism of it though, especially from a conservative view. It seems to favour the progressives in that there's more of them to choose, and progressive voters would usualy, I assume, put the tories pretty low and hence tactical voting. But there's not really as much of a barrier between conservative views and progressive views as there was in earlier decades in Britain. Thank you Tony Blair :Dry:...

    I'm trying to convince people to vote Yes on it but I doubt it'll go through tbh. I just think it's wrong that the lib dems only got 9% of the seats with 24% of the vote. Of course, people aren't in the best of moods with Clegg but really after the election he was in an impossible position. A position caused by this lack of proportional representation.

    Nope. I was just going along with the thread. I started calling everybody **** when I saw senior members like you, Burgey, etc did it. Thought these jokes were fine too when sledger and Athlai did it.
