  • I probably should, I read a lot more than I post.
The third e was never intentional, which I suppose goes to further my reputation!
Honestly this should be fine. The numbers may be a bit off for some players but the number of players is pretty good for mine.
Yeah, I'm in the same boat else I'd run it myself. Need to start knuckling down ahead of exams in May/June... eeek.
Alright mate, ITC is the same program I use to sim and was what I was going to give Spark a copy of.
The database you have could be pretty interesting but the difference between yours and the one I have is that I'm guessing you've just input FC/Test average?
With the competition that Spark/I/We are thinking of running obviously platers from different domestic competitions will be playing against each other and using FC averages will mean Rohit Sharma will average 60 while AB De Villiers will average 48.
While the database I have is small, the averages have been generated by giving more weight to recent performances than ones from years ago, Test performances are weighted on location/strength of opposition which is determined by global batting/bowling averages and team batting/bowling averages etc. Then domestic competitions are standardised based on relative strength.
I don't fully understand how Prince EWS did it but I'm sure you get the idea.
Ah. Well, the truth is that I'm about 30 other posters here, but don't tell the mods. (I'm the best ones ftr)
It was. My reasoning was that I could do with a drink on these boards, in reality or otherwise. Why d'you ask?

(In seriousness, loved spending the Ashes here)
I'd have thought Malinga would be playing pretty much all the games though?

But then I'd also have thought that he, and probably AB Dev. will probably have been picked by the time we get to go again. Sangakarra also a possibility for the keeper's role?
Presumed it was in order of preference, and so agreed with Steyn.
If we're continuing to go for bowlers, the rest of your list looks fine, although perhaps Malinga to be added?
What is you email id? Mine is gshriram18-at-yahoo-dot-com. Need to ask you about something.
Cheers mate. Really appreciate that. :) No harm done at all. Can completely understand being frustrated with the annoying Indian trolls.
Please stop spamming us by reporting these blog threads from Ganesh, it has my approval and there is nothing wrong with it.
    Mate,

Are you likely to be able to watch Engand's QF next week (assuming we have one)?
You may have missed it if you just came into the thread, but I've asked more than once for the debate with Keeno to stop. I've therefore deleted both posts.
