    About 8 mil a quick google tells me. Defo. tell me if you're coming to Chennai or India in general. Yeah, Mumbai is a quite marvelous tourist city and Chennai is pretty awesome too, suggest you skip Goa though and visit a better place like Kerala.

    The city itself is about 170 sq km but the surrounding 500 sq km usually is considered part of the Chennai area in general local understanding.

    Yeah, The city has several beaches. A couple of them are used as settings for amusement parks. The main beach is pretty famous as the biggest beach in Asia(Marina Beach) but it's a ****hole these days as it's always overcrowded and always reeks extremely badly of rotten fish due to the thousands of vendors through the beach.

    There's a beach near my place called Bessi which is usually pretty decent though but I'm not a beach person anyway, don't really see the point of beaches as specific places of amusement tbh. Is an awesome place to cheap-date though because you don't even look cheap due to most chix being suckers for anything having any remote amount of natural beauty.
