Really wonderful game of cat and mouse here from the two sides. Ponting sent out Omarzai at 4 as he felt he can take down his Afghan teammate Rashid Khan, while also obviously protecting his million dollar babies in Maxwell and Stoinis, as he perhaps knows both have pretty bad matchups against Rashid.

But Gill and Nehra, smartly, took off Rashid after that over, got Sai Kishore on and he has the ball on a thread out there. Now getting both Omarzai and Maxwell in consecutive balls. Gotta love the strategic cat and mouse games at this level.
