Great finish that was. England seemed to be the better team all game, but could have easily been Scotland's day.
I'm English and I didn't see it like that. England were awful in the first half. It seems they were so frightened of DVDM that they played exclusively up one wing with the high ball. It was tedious and not even well executed. Scotland should've been out of sight by h/t. England did improve second half, but it was a poor game. They regressed since the French match, but it seems winning was all that matters.

No doubt they beat Italy but all of a sudden a trip to Cardiff looks tougher.

Ireland v France to decide the trophy in the next game. I suspect the Irish will exploit the holes in the French defence and win by 10.

Yeah fair, I've probably given England too much credit, and you're right if Scotland could of stuck a few passes it should of been done by HT.

Ireland/France will be a great game, always interesting to see how a team does after posting a cricket score.

The French defence is not good enough. England scored 4 tries and Italy caused them issues too. I'd expect the Irish to expose those issues whilst at the same time not providing holes for the French offence to run through. The more I think about this, the more I can only see one result.

Damn will be missed both for Boks and Stormers, but health comes first for a player.

Awesome player. Pretty much the complete loosehead: a fearsome scrummager and mobile around the paddock; always used to depress me no end when I saw that shock of red hair coming off the bench.

Losing 50% of his neck movement sounds pretty terminal for a prop, so doubtless the right call to pull the plug.

Blues were dumb for sure, but looked goodish until BB went off. I was only half watching while working, so might be I just saw more of the gooder bits.

What a try that is, 60m from the a counter ruck. Helps having the extra man sure but Penaud and LBB can move wow.
France's ability to score a try from anywhere is truly astonishing. The two tries this half have been brilliant. So fast and slick. They've had some pretty turgid sides in the past twenty years but they're back to what they do best, as much as I hate to say it.

The offloading from the French forwards has been exceptional as well. None of it it panic, and nonenof it forced/rushed, excellent display of keeping the ball alive and not giving Ireland a moment to organise a proper defence.
