Blame ICC for accepting Star sports demand of having Indian matches only on Sunday. INDvsNZ could have easily been scheduled on Thursday. This would have given every Team proper rest .

IMO Captains of other Teams should openly say after this tournament that India is getting unfair advantage in scheduling. This would stop ICC and Star sports from fixing India’s schedule to maximise advertising dollars . So other Teams should also accept less revenue from ICC .

This double standards can’t go on . You want maximum revenue from ICC but also don’t want ICC to agree with Star Sports . Choose one : fair schedule or maximum revenue

The idiots who think the team had anything to do with any of these are the ones that get my goat here. India were not allowed permission by our Government to go to Pakistan. So they could have had the tournament without India but that was not gonna happen. The most logical thing then was to find one spot where India could play their games and play the rest of the tournament in Pakistan. Its funny how the same bigoted idiots did not think through the scheduling that had India criss crossing the entire country back in 2023 while many other teams had far easier travel and game schedules. Even now, India has to play the semifinals literally 24 hours after the last league game. Its not India's fault they qualified easily to the semis even before this game. In a tournament of this nature, you usually assume it will go down to the last game when it comes to qualification and it could well have been a huge disadvantage then.

By all means, criticize the ICC for not having the tournament go on without India. But to idiotically blame the side and players who had literally nothing to do with any of this usually shows up the bigoted idiots in this forum.

When people refer to India I don't think most are blaming the players. The criticism is directed at the ICC & BCCI.

This tournament's organisation has been a shambles. Multiple issues including how the schedule has been worked out.

Actually many Australian and England cricketers were also blaming BCCI last year for holding T20 WC final in Day time to cater to Indian audiences than local WI crowd .
This scheduling issue is being highlighted by players of mainly 2 countries. They are blaming everything on BCCI while not even once asking their Boards to raise these points in ICC meeting.

Life of a random Aussie/ English ex-cricketer
1. Don’t blame your respective country board for anything
2. Keep quiet when Schedule is being released
3. Wait to see if India is being eliminated before knockouts
4. Raise points about unfair scheduling as soon as India reaches knockouts

Not sure why this heated up but I don't remember seeing anyone say India should have played in Pakistan. The main thought I saw was that India should have just been replaced by Sri Lanka or West Indies who were okay to play in Pakistan

Because other Boards didn’t want this Tournament to proceed without India . Otherwise they could have simply objected to travelling to Dubai when schedule was released. The best solution was keeping India out of this tournament.

The only ‘prime Donna wankers’ are your Boards or Captain. Cummins has opinion on everything under the Sun . Why didn’t he object to this schedule as soon as it was released. Because you guys thought that India would be eliminated in the first round , so we don’t have to travel to Dubai .
