Please refrain from defamatory and abusive comments about members and staff members of the Sunderland Message Board community, thank you
Will you please stop spamming this board? We have made our choice to post here but posters keep coming over to stir it. It's not big and it's not clever.

Mighty peculiar that you've only joined the forum at 3:00 pm and only 3 posts ; Durham CCC , Durham CCC fans and SMB forum 🥺 Give the posters some credit as you can't fool us all of the time and the kids if United they will never be divided , May I remind you of the importance of September 2nd 1945 💪🇬🇧

Ben Stokes has confirmed he won't take part un the 16.4 this year to concentrate on getting ready for the Ashes tour.

That's good as he was injured playing in it last year.

FYI - another thread merger. The Durhm fans and Durham CC threads were functionally duplicates - so I've just consolidated them both here.
So you're basically saying we can have one thread which is Durham CCC 🤔 Fair enough about the Durham Uni game and Durham Fans but the Rocky Stoneman thread would've been short lived if it hasn't served it's purpose,. , Mark is well known in the area having played for a local club before going through the age groups at Durham. His departure to Surrey was linked to an off field cricket issue , He was congratulated on his England career and fans thought he may return to Durham after Middlesex His father Ian had been well known for his cricket prowess around the North East for many years and was in fact professional the year before I played for the same club in a well acclaimed league..In conclusion I didn't think tóo much about what forum it was on other than it was worth a mention to Durham fans

Hi, yeah one Durham CCC thread is neater, especially as it was being used interchangeably with the Durham Fans thread.

As cricketweb is an international community, domestic competitions (regardless of country) usually get one master thread each to track progress. An individual thread for a specific domestic team is unusual here - but we have the traffic to justify a Durham focused thread now with so many fans like yourself joining us here.

For individual news updates (such as your post on Stoneman) - no problem at all with you posting these, they're just more likely to find their audience either in the English domestic season thread or here in the Durham thread rather than as their own thread where they're more likely to get lost amongst the international cricket threads and drop off the front page without any interaction.
