No, until 1965 many rated Rohan Kanhai higher because of Kanhai's achievements in England, after 1966 there was still Pollock who people put into the discussion. Many who saw both also rated Weekes higher.Sobers wasn’t?
Multiple people rated Harvey, May, at times Hanif and team mate Kanhai higher, purely as batsmen. Probably him being an all-rounder counted against him. He and Kanhai were rated neck and neck till around 65, and when pulled ahead, many rated (actually a majority) Pollock higher.Sobers wasn’t?
Could you provide all the holes of Lara?
AgainI just wanted to know all the holes.
@Johan I didn't do it on purpose.
Lara is away record and issues against high pace mainly.You can really find more holes in his game than any elite ATG really, like short pitched pace for Hutton, Viv struggled against bad bowlers and Sobers had his issues with Trueman in England.
Lara has 4-5 of these
ah no worries, by holes in his batting I mean he has some issuesI mean, I just wanted to know all the holes. My wording might be a bit weird.
Kanhai the Compton to Gary's Hutton.Multiple people rated Harvey, May, at times Hanif and team mate Kanhai higher, purely as batsmen. Probably him being an all-rounder counted against him. Pollock would be an elite ATG without ApartheidMultiple people rated Harvey, May, at times Hanif and team mate Kanhai higher, purely as batsmen. Probably him being an all-rounder counted against him. He is imo.Pollock would be an elite ATG without Apartheid
