Is our resident scouse fan still hoping Salah goes to Saudi, honestly the disrespect for your best player since Dalgish is so odd,

Back to the past for Colchester; immersed in mid-table obscurity. A much improved situation from recent seasons of propping up the pyramid. An interesting January with a number of players released by mutual consent. Feels like we've got a decent manager at last, but not the ideal playing resources. Playing very well defensively, but not much going forward.

Didn't you say a few weeks ago that he always disappeared in the second half of the season and that it always cost you?
His form towards the back end has cost us in the last 4 seasons, yeah. Nothing wrong with calling that out.

That's a bit different to saying I hope he goes to Saudi. I'll be extremely disappointed if FSG let him walk for free.

Do you think spunking the guts of £75m on a 30+ year old makes more sense?

Shame about the Spuds but, as a certain Mr Loaf once observed, two out of three ain't bad.

If the Bees had read the script there was a semi-genuine chance of T*ttenham getting pulled into the relegation quagmire.

Both them and United fortunate that their annus horibilis have occurred in a season featuring 3 of the worst EPL sides in 30+ years.

In most cases, no.

If the player you're talking about is current Mo Salah, then yes. Best player in the world and always fit.

He's the exception to the rule.. let me assure you it'll take more than £75m to replace him.
