This is also much closer to the pitch in 2022 where SL won by an innings and plenty, as opposed to the rank turner where Aus won comfortably.
Yeah Vandersay in particular did get the ball to turn quite a bit at times. Granted he's a leggie, but I think the deck will take a lot of turn later on, which is why it's so important the rest of the batting take the lead from the Top 4.

From what I remember of that game we were in a pretty strong position at 4/300 or something like that but then just fell over. Then we just couldn't get Chandimal out.

That leg stump negativity on day one is just awful. Should have test status taken away for employing that tactic
