I mean cricket is absolutely absurd if you think about it.
Reductionist is annoying for everything, see could be described as two bodies fsapping against each other, TV film, people pretending to be people they aren't.

Hey I stI'll like football myself, love this round of the FA Cup. Obviously yesterday's result helps, ****ing green slime overshadowing us though.

Been at the Lamb, can't think of a place much different to the Algarve where I post this.

How is that for crowbarring that in.

Went to a game their last season actually (the Lamb, not the Algarve. ) Quite possibly the worst game I have ever seen but the Tamworth Tap is magnificent.

The one "positive " for Arsenal with the Jesus injury is , it should persuade the Arsenal moneymen to invest now especially with Saka out because their is not enough goals in this team. [/obvious].

On Man U, still don't think their is much goals in this side which is obviously a problem, but this is 2 games in a row where they haven't embarrassed themselves, heady scenes indeed. I fully expect Southampton to run riot on Wednesday now. 🤔

Collier quite good when he came on and a chance to look at alternatives for Dalot also.

The cracks are starting to appear in his management. The Spurs game was the worst I've seen him tactically and he was very slow to respond against United.

Our performances over the last month have been well below the standard we've set. I initially put it down to losing Konate but even with him back we're struggling to get a control of games and conceding first far too often. Some players look tired and others look disinterested, only thing I can think is that the contracts are really unsettling the team behind the scenes.

I have no idea what Elliott needs to do to get a start, same for Chiesa and Endo.

As much as I want him to rest basically everyone for this FA Cup game, I can't help but think he will put a strong side out to try wrestle back some momentum. First year in the league so I expect him to make mistakes but he needs to quickly get a grip before the wheels fall off like last season.
Won in 1st gear tbf and the big names who needed a break got a day off. Plymouth next so may as well play a similar sort of side.

Liverpool don't have the squad to compete for all 4 competitions (who does?) so may as well mess about with it focus on the other 3.

Hopefully our attackers want to stay in the 'prank' competition and don't miss open goals intentionally.

I like that we value all competitions and are rotating our squad. I'd be disappointed if our fan base were so entitled they disregarded the domestic cups, especially in seasons where it's unlikely that we win anything else.

That ****ing sucked man. **** utd
Yeah it's not great, but they'd probably only have gone out later down the line, many injuries and accumulated fatigue later. If going out of this saves energy and resources that can instead be dedicated towards something that actually matters I'm all for it.

Reports that Martin Zubimendi to Arsenal is all but a done deal... turns out Rice wasn't quite the world class 6, eh (who'd have thought).

Relieved he didn't end up at City, I thought that was inevitable

Not sure about that, but they’re riding their luck and getting results. If pre-Xmas Salah had shown up last night, Liverpool score 4.
We've played against Salah 6 times + once in the FA Cup in our promotion season and he has only played well against us once. We obviously doing something right in our defensive structure because first Alex Moreno shut him out at Anfield and then Neco Williams last night.

TBF to us for 60 minutes Liverpool didn't look like they had a clue how to score against us. Once they did, I admit it was one way traffic but they are so so good & even then we got a couple of dangerous counters away but again you got to credit our GK and defence. It's not riding your luck 21 games in I don't think. Nuno did this at Wolves but I think he has a better defensive unit with us. Milenkovic and Murillo are almost the perfect CB combination.
