What's this meme of yours about Hardie moving states?

IMO if Green is in the international sides Hardie should be ahead of Marsh in the WA XI, though not like that would actually happen. But his real problem is he can't play FC cricket for anyone atm because he keeps getting picked for ODIs.

I'd much rather him play as a bat than Gilkes or Nikitaras tbh.

But yeah he'd barely be available anyway at this point.
It confuses me how Gilkes gets gigs (both in the Shield and BBL) as a specialist batsman when he's not good enough with the bat to be in the team as a keeper.

Hardie's a 4 or 5, so he wouldn't solve NSW's real problem which is lack of openers. They've just found a potentially good one but he's already been whisked into the test side to solve their similar problem. It's a wheel that's gonna revolve for a while yet.
