If Starc is injured or just can't make the turnaround I'd consider Jhye and Abbott for he and Marsh. Jhye's batting is pretty good and having Abbott, Cummins and Jhye at 7,8,9 should give you some runs. I'd be ok with that and be more likely to hold my breath over Jhye getting through uninjured.
Hang on have we forgotten #SCGsospinny

Got to pick 2 spinners. Lyon and Murphy I guess. Or Rocciciolli

I think it actually hit the bat as well lol.

Snicko just detects noise and there was none on the stump mic either. I think it kind of glided along the face of the bat and then flicked the thumb and it just didn't really make the clicky sound you usually hear, so the Snicko looked different.
That's my take too. Didn't see it live so haven't seen the strength and conviction of the Aussie appeal and review. If they were 100% convinced interesting if that was based on visual deflection or a sound the human ear can detect but snick can't.

(and yes I know I'm getting anal on this but find it genuinely interesting)

Well watching it live I thought there was a noise and it was obvious to me that he touched it.

faint deflection of glove give no decibel noise apparently. glove is a piece of fabric. thats why. not wood.

My strong suspicion is that it's so tailored to sharp nicks and fine edges that duller, more elongated (and hence lower frequency) sounds like the ball running off the face get filtered out.
