Sounds like Siraj is getting lots of hugs from the boys out there.

VERY INTERESTING

Honestly I'm not sure he got anything behind the line there, seen some balls like that that were called noeys.

Bumrah doesn't need a send off, he just lets his bowling do the talking, he should have let it do the talking earlier though when Head was cutting loose.

Nah, Broad clearly has the snobby vibe about him, Siraj let's his emotions out.
Broad wasn't a flog like Siraj, he copped the Aussie villain tag for not walking for a terrible umpire's call when he didn't edge it which wasn't his fault.

He would have been called an idiot by Aussie supporters like Mitch Marsh is being called now for walking when he didn't edge it.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I really have no sympathy when a player through their petulant actions basically volunteers for this kind of reception. In fact it may even moderate such behaviour. Think about the tantrums in tennis where such crowd behaviour is not tolerated (probably also to do with the fact it's not a team sport).

That was a great session of cricket NGL, even if it was bad for India. Head is super entertaining and got the crowd invested and active.

He's a decent bowler but he is no Hadlee who was the ultimate Aussie villain back in the 80s as he was so good.
Hadlee was the ultimate villain here because he picked a 13yo kid up who jumped over a fence at the SCG in an ODI on the 80/81 tour to get a ball and threw him bodily back into the crowd. The chants against him started that night.

if he’d done it in 2010 he wouldn’t be allowed to work with children
