Yup, definitely slower. The County stint seems to have made him better. Nags away. Was watching him for WP v Warriors when he got back from Bangladesh recently and I got a new appreciation for his skills.
Him & Simmonds were bowling to Breetzke and J Hermann. It was proper intense and quality FC cricket.

SL have batted well opposition are allowed to play well, just got to keep patient , this scenario does highlight the value of an all rounder in the side though.

Verreynne has really impressed me, he has nailed his place for the foreseeable future, you cant score 3 centuries and not be a test class wicketkeeper batsman, vey interesting game, even stevens at the moment,

Hasn't played a load of games as well.
Just looking at most test 100s by SA Wicketkeepers shows it isn't something we've been flush with or easy to do.

Only Gilchrist and Flower have over 10 centuries as keeper so I'd say SA have had their fair share. I think that's the most stacked keeper bat roster of any nation, in fact.
