West Indies openers lacked positive intent, set the tone for the rest of the innings.Bangladesh are running away with this now. No way we can chase down >100 on this pitch.
They underestimated the quality of Bangladesh’s bowling.West Indies openers lacked positive intent, set the tone for the rest of the innings.
New ball jagged around a bit but they never bowled full enough. Now it looks a bit easier, although that’s a cheap wicket on Mehidy who was doing as I suggested, a bit of BazBall. Is the wicket playing good now or #intent is kicking our asse$?
If it's turning we might be in a good position with 240 thoughNeed atleast 300 or else WI gonna get them

WI effectively lost 61-9 in their second innings. The batsmen basically stopped playing shots (they weren't playing many anyway) and became sitting ducks. It was like watching a Dom Sibley innings, if you do **** all for ages, sooner or later a ball will get you. The Bangladesh first innings was exactly the same, but WI didn't learn from it.Blooming heck Windies I thought were on top after day 1 and now staring down the barrel!
Good bowling by Bangladesh or bad batting by WI in second innings?
Also good batting by Bangladesh I assume in the third innings?
Seems to be forever talk that they will be available but for various reasons it doesn't happen. So what is the situation regarding the higher profile t20 guys perhaps coming back for the Windies? It has been talked of, but hasn't happened. If Windies can find a batter or two, they would surely be moderately competitive with the bat more often. That effort yesterday seemed cringeworthy, but a little predictable. If you go nowhere for ages, you reap what you sow.
