Okay having now seen it I think he's hit it but I do not think there is enough evidence to overturn as there's never a clear angle with the ball by the edge at any point during the initial process (unless I've missed one they used). I have no idea why they chose those two angles to match up to create the Snicko view, wtf - but I don't see how that sound could be anything other than bat on ball as on the front on replay it appears to come before he hits his pad.
Right decision was made, that's the important thing tbh

How is this meeting ball right under the batsman eyes being portrayed as a great technique by this comms. its takes out an arsenal of shots you can play if you are waiting that long all the time

I think in the second dig India will go really hard at everything, in the belief they've somehow ****ed up being defensive here. But that ain't it. It's been good bowling to them in unfamiliar conditions so far.
