Toss won't matter. Pitch is less likely to break down a lot due to weather, so batting last won't be as bad. Plus there should be some/more seam on day 1, so batting 1st or batting last should balance each other out, making toss much less of a factor imo. Let's see
If india bat first and can score 270+ than anything can happen .

Botham never skippered against Pakistan....but Bob Willis did. Imran v Willis would be right up there, it has so rarely happened. Again, not probably top 2 at the time but close.
