Sarfaraz is a beast in Asia but think he could struggle badly in the southern hemisphere if he plays there. Gill likely comes back in for the BGT.

Haha. I am enjoying it. Just think Australia is Gill's best conditions and it's the opposite for Sarfaraz. Grassier wickets won't help either though.

Grassier wickets won't help gill either tbf. Gill was good on the slower decks last time. He'll struggle massively against hazelwood and cummins if the pitches are as pace friendly as they've been recently.

Yeah agree. I said both will struggle if the wickets are grassy like they have been recently. Think Gill is good v bounce that isn't deceptive but really struggles against sideways movement.

How about giving him experience in those conditions and seeing if he can adapt like how you do with any other player ?
Who thought Lyon would be able to conquer NZ pitches with his offspin for example.
