Best bowler to average over 30 ?

Lyon, Zaheer, Ishant, Flintoff and Hoggard are the best nominations so far. Out of these 5, I will rate Zaheer and Hoggard higher since they led weak attacks for a long time while the other 3 were support bowlers.

Zaheer Khan immediately came to mind. Very decent quick but the record is meh. Hoggard, Harmison. Qadir is another.

Sobers as a quick probably. I doubt if his records purely bowling fast is actually less than 30. Was genuinely more than fine as a quick bowler unlike Kallis.
