Cricinfo has Boult in place of Haze and the list is in slightly different order.

Yeah would be insane wasted potential if a guy like Hazlewood doesn't eventually get ahead of Philander. Feel like Vernon moved it more so he would've a higher record in Eng/NZ/SA tho.

That would be my top 5. Putting the next 5-6 guys in order is a challenge. I'd need to spend some time.

Philander is a cheat code in seaming conditions, but Hazlewood himself is very good himself at applying relentless pressure and decieving the batter with late movement, and has the tools to perform better elsewhere. Taller, faster, fitter and very accurate with that. I don't think his ceiling is Cummins/Bumrah level good, but it's definitely higher than VP.

Yeah agreed, He can have a more even record accross the world and he might already have it, his next few years are gonna be very decisive to his legacy and to such comparisions.
