She won the silver medal.

(As in she'd say it was a statement and everyone else will say ok, but that's actually a boring stunt)

Another really pleasant surprise after she came sixth in Tokyo and got bronze in the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Awesome to see such a big step forward.

Yeah, fantastic effort. Shame she got pipped at the end but she threw a pb in an olympic final, can't ask for more than that. I will say, the cameraman didn't handle the moment as well as the athletes - losing the shot on the deciding throw of the comp.
