Looking forward to Rassie explaining how Ireland didn't win that first half and they were in fact cheated out of it by the officials.

Why are there jumping castles behind the posts? brilliant.

South Africa much better this half, Ireland much less disciplined letting them back in as well. Of course, SA's better play also earning these pens.

Lol at PSTD claiming obstruction because Kolbe falls over into an unmoving Irish player. Rassie gets his excuse at least.

Incredible test match that was. Incredibly physical. Ireland looked dead at 65 mins, but those 2 droppies were incredible from Frawley.

Think there's been an agreement between Argentina and France to not take pen goals, and to run from everywhere, frantic first 8 minutes - both taking quick taps in kickable positions, with nil point results.

Only saw first half of Eng/NZ but these games have panned out pretty much as expected…. NZ just have a bit more know how to win tight affairs.

Great experience for a young English squad which is clearly improving. I’d fancy us to win in Nov At Twickenham.

NZ lineout was dire though
Agree. Codie Taylor is past it and not a great thrower, Tuipolutu is a poor lineout option, and Scott Barrett is only adequate. There's a young Dutch guy (ironically called Fabian HOLLAND) who came here in high school who will be a great lock, but isn't eligible yet.

Didn't see the Oz-Wales game. How did Botham's grandson go?
Played really well, came close to picking up a try, looked like he belonged.

As you mentioned Rob Valetini before, he was excellent. Had a couple of runs that led to strong Wallabies attacks and secured a couple of key turnovers (one literally at the tryline as wales pushed for the try to bring them in striking distance).

So far, I'd say every match today is worth a watch, or at minimum extended highlights viewing.

The last 10 mins of SA v IRE is probably worth a real time watch.

I was enjoying watching France v Argentina...pictures have been lost after back to back French tries for 15 unanswered points...I smell a riot in the broadcast area.

Actually a really good game, sure it's the B team for France, but it's been a very entertaining match, for the parts we've seen.

Good win for Argentina, good series - of course probably a very different outcome with the 'A' team for France, but still some great games.

These last 2 weekends have been fantastic, every game has been enjoyable, in different ways. Pretty clear gulf between Aus/Wales/Arg and the level above of ENG/NZ/SA/IRE - France can't really comment on as clearly the reserves came out.

Oh and Scotland of course doing their North American tour...because...yeah.

Next week should be fun as well, though suspect some blowouts for Fiji (v NZ) and Portugal (v SA). Very interested to see how Georgia do v Wallabies, think they could do a number as the tight 5 is usually very solid.

Wales v the Queensland Reds on Friday is on as well...would of preferred just a 3rd Aus v Wales but sure.

18 months ago, England would've been in the Aus/Wales group but have advanced so much since Jones left, he really was quite toxic.

Already working his magic with the Cherry Blossoms.

Congrats also to our U20 chaps who backed up their defeat of the Baby Boks in the group stage by beating Ireland in the semi and who will now face Le Petit Bleus in the final after they turned around an earlier 1 point loss to NZ in their pool game pretty spectacularly with a 55-31 thrashing in the other semi.
