In seriousness who argued it was not out?

Certainly read a lot suggesting that they shouldn’t have done it, but not that the umpires made the wrong call
I'm looking at it from the angle of "it should have been not out because they shouldn't have done it/they should have called him back"

Nah, we'd accepted it by the next Test, moved on and gave you a thrashing over the next 3.

Nah, the only ones stringing it out were the Aussies trying to find the faux-outrage that really no longer existed.

Now the ball change on the other hand........
This take is completely inverse to reality

The ball change, which actually was decisive and clearly a serious umpire error, was barely a blip in the media by any standard
