The best NRR Afghanistan can have while losing to Bangladesh is about -0.45 (what they will have if they lose a 20-over match by 1 run)

Australia need 175 runs to maintain a NRR better than that. So that's what they need to force Afghanistan to beat Bangladesh in order to knock them out.
