What's up with the stoinis hate, FYI? If he didn't clutch the **** up vs oman and scotland we wouldn't have made the super 8's. In the 2022 WC him smashing sri lanka was the only reason we had a chance at making the semi's after NZ smashed up. In 2021 he clutched the win against south africa and played an important knock vs pakistan in the semi's.

The last 3 t20 WC's have been the three lowest t20 wc's ever, and in those stoinis has made 375 runs @47 and a sr of 155. He's been phenomenal with the bat and chipped in with the ball when he's needed to, particularly this WC.

- as discussed when justin langer got the boot, the only person whose performance in the 2021 T20 WC gets to be discussed is Aaron Finch for winning all the coin tosses and ensuring that we got to play in easy mode and the other team played in hard mode.
- doing well in a game against Sri Lanka at Perth that Australia was coasting towards winning is hardly going to win your way into Burgey's heart.
- doing well in a game against Oman is hardly going to win your way into Burgey's heart.
- doing well in a game against Scotland which ensured England stayed in the competition is hardly going to win your way into the hearts of any human with a soul
