It is what it is, we've had some luck to win a couple of World Cups, but you kinda need it, if we go out of this one, it happens.

We also got screwed over by D/L once against Windies wasn't it? It's the nature of this sort of thing. Oh and yeah if you have super-overs you probably should have bowl-outs, but don't think you should have either in group stages TBH.

Happened in 2009 when we were at home and I think another time too?

Better for Scotland for England to bat first. Chances are the game will last 22 overs, which means rain could be more of a risk. Had Namibia batted first, England could feasibly have chased it in 6 overs had the weather worsened.
