Happened in 2009 when we were at home and I think another time too?It is what it is, we've had some luck to win a couple of World Cups, but you kinda need it, if we go out of this one, it happens.
We also got screwed over by D/L once against Windies wasn't it? It's the nature of this sort of thing. Oh and yeah if you have super-overs you probably should have bowl-outs, but don't think you should have either in group stages TBH.
Probably fair enough, bowlers are more useful than batters here, especially with Livingstone at six.Curran for Jacks, Jordan for Wood
Agree. Unless it is a knockout, ties are fine.Oh and yeah if you have super-overs you probably should have bowl-outs, but don't think you should have either in group stages TBH.
If Namibia bat 6 overs then it's a result isn't it?Better for Scotland for England to bat first. Chances are the game will last 22 overs, which means rain could be more of a risk. Had Namibia batted first, England could feasibly have chased it in 6 overs had the weather worsened.
1 over each?Probably fair enough, bowlers are more useful than batters here, especially with Livingstone at six.
