Yes but that was not Kohli’s fault. That was one of the reasons Kohli couldn’t score that much that WC, cause he was coming to bat 20 overs in.

Anchor players can be clutch too. Look at Kohli. And Raina was brilliant, but he had freedom cause Kohli was holding the innings from one end

2023 final is hard to assess. India's second best bat. Good innings when others were struggling. Arguably very good. But still slow, not a big score, and left them a lot of runs short (disclaimer of: with the benefit of hindsight).

Dude agreed 2011 final is not great by any stretch of imagination, but it was a crucial innings after the quick wickets, and he got out to a great return catch. He was brilliant in the 2013 Champions final tho

I think he is counting the QFs as well. But I take offense on calling the 2011 Final meh. It wasn't Gilchrist in 2007 Final, but without that partnership, I doubt whether had won that WC.
