I don't agree with Lyon sticking to the around the wicket line here. There's so much purchase off the wicket, that line wide of off from over the wicket would be extremely threatening
Reckon he'd like to carry this deck around with him. The bounce makes him really dangerous with the amount of turn on offer to go with it.

Honestly I struggle to remember any that haven't been. He's just relentless, and on a pitch like this it must be a nightmare to face
He bowled pretty poorly by his standards in the Ashes tbh. He seemed to drift onto the pads quite a lot, like he wasn't finishing his action properly.

TBF he had a fair bit going on in his private life in the lead up to the series so maybe not surprising he was like 5-10% short his normal standard. But since the third match o the WC he seems to be back to his old self.

Rachin is playing some nice shots amongst all the streaky ones.

Lyon has a better test bowling record at the Gabba than the SCG due to the extra bounce he gets there, Warne usually had more success there too.

Not sure about Greg Matthews test bowling record there but he scored a test ton there against NZ when we beat Australia back in 1985.

Hadlee famously taking 9 wickets in the first innings and another 6 wickets in the second innings so he certainly enjoyed the bounce there.

Sumo doesn't know much. I would love to know how that oaf is qualified to talk about basically every sport on TV.
