There was a guy on Reddit who was absolutely convinced that the "rf" tag on O'Neill was accurate and he was bowling 140km/h+

Just reminded of that watching him bowl with the keeper up here
Haha had a similar thought just tuning into the stream. He has to be bowling NZ spearhead speeds in the 125 kph range, at best.

Great knock by Jewell. Those are the sorts of innings we want to see in the Shield when the pitches flatten out like this.

Well Kellaway's dismissal has made more sense in light of the way Victoria have batted in the last hour.

And now they've declared, IMO prematurely.
Looking at the forecast I'm far from convinced it was premature.

Yeah I also forgot how dire this batting lineup is. Konstas may legit be the best top order batsman they have...
What's even more depressing is that I can't really argue with any of the selections (bar maybe Gilkes - and the keeping depth in NSW is well.....) either. You could argue that MacDonald deserved a longer shot but he did fail earlier in the season and Nikitaris had a good game against WA last week.

How good is seeing our bright all-rounder of the future getting spanked by Beau Webster and Caleb Jewell at 7.00 RPO
At least he isn't the one handing out the spanking like other all rounders would after 10 pm in night clubs

I'd have thought Tassie might have declared with a lead of 400 or so and had a short crack at WA tonight. Apparently not.
Tassie chased down 430 vs qld on a very similiar pitch at the sane ground earlier in the season. Can't blame them that much.
