Promising 50 run partnership before a swift end for slightly under 400. Bazball gets off to a great start but stutters and is reeling for a while at 250-6 before a lower order recovery. India’s day overall.

Following which India lose 5-0, of course.
Predictions on point so far

Shut up you buffoon.
India are still 1.6 to win and denying that them having scored 400 first up has them in a good position is more it less an outright denial of how cricket works.

That said - in this last hour? India have been getting owned.

BazBall21

International Captain
In his last 6 balls he's hit 3 to fielders and missed a reverse sweep. Doesn't exactly look in great touch right now (weird thing to say given his last innings, but I mean literally now) but give him a break
Glad he got through that tough first phase. Finding his feet in the innings now.

King Kane

International Regular
A good knock from Crawley, a flat pitch with nothing much in it for the bowlers is where he shines, he might be a flat track bully but he is a good one.

A long way to go yet but England would have to fancy their chances of getting a first innings lead here.

Reports of Anderson's demise too premature? Maybe the Ashes was just a poor series. Every player is allowed them now and then.
He is still capable of bowling at his best even at his age but he doesn't do it as consistently as he used to and needs to be used more sparingly now.
