India won the toss and fielding first.
Virat in for Tilak.
Jaiswal in for Gill.
For Afghanistan, Noor Ahmed in for Rahmat Shah.
Gurbaz hit some 4s but holed out to mid-on in the 3rd over when Bishnoi was introduced.
Gulbadin Naib promoted to 3 and batting well so far.

For India, it looks like the most probable balance of our best 11. If we get Hardik in for Dube and Bumrah in for Mukesh, this may well be our WC 11.

We could play D Chahar for Bishnoi if the track looks like a seamer. May also carry Gill as the extra batter, Dube or Venky Iyer as the extra all-rounder, and maybe Siraj as the backup seamer. That could be the 15 provided everyone goes ok in the IPL and are fit and available.

The pitch is always known for being an absolute belter. Remember a 350 game in the mid 90s here when such scores were like once in a bluemoon.

Yeah.. as much as I hate it, its probably between Washy and Hardik and Hardik should play. What that means, is that our 6th bowler will need to be Jaiswal.

Bit of a masterclass on left handers 6 hitting today from Yashaswi and Dube. 
Best part is they are hitting the offies and the left arm leggie for these 6s which is supposed to be the more difficult art, against the spinners taking the ball away from you.

There was a somewhat questionable review by Rinku on an lbw. The 'edge' which saved him didn't appear to be ball hitting bat, at least it certainly wasn't when it showed.

Yeah I thought the bat while close, wasn’t close enough to the ball. Rinku seemed pretty surprised too.
Hard to do anything other than what the third umpire did there anyways.

Cricket is a funny game , you'll look at the scorecard and think Kohli had zero impact on this game..His fielding has been worth atleast 20 runs , had a missed run out chance too that was the bowlers fault for not gathering
