What would a modern player need to beat Bradman?

Batsman: Minimum 10000 runs at over avg of 85; 70 in every country.

Bowler: Minimum 400 wickets at below avg of 15; 18 in evey country.

All-rounder: Minimum 7500 runs at over avg of 60; 50 in every country; and minimum 300 wickets at below avg of 20; 25 in every country.

(Or play something like Ajit Agarkar; but we all know that's even tougher, actually impossible heights too reach)
That allrounder criteria is insane. I think a batsman just needs to be 50 averaging bat and sub 25 averaging bowler to qualify.

Quite. To say that say a combination of Joe Root+Jimmy Anderson or Steve Smith+Pat Cummins or Virat Kohli+Ashwin wouldn't be on a par with Bradman, if not his superior, is daft.

I think a 15+ year career with 45/20 or 50-55/25 while being a main bowler would do it for me. If Sobers averaged 5 less with the ball i would be very unsure so i don't think it's an enormous gap; just a clear one.

While cricket has always given opportunity for players with less standard athletic physiques, I think a 5'8, 20 stone batter would struggle even with their talents.
On a serious note though, even a prime Kohli never quite matched the 1997-1998 Tendulkar, the compactness and the balance in shots.
