Probably, but I did write that before Hope's dismissal. And at that stage, 1.5% was just silly. England obviously big favourites, but strange things can happen in the remaining 15 overs as was.

Rovman going for that much is absolutely insane Rachin was a steal Rovman Powell being the West Indies T20i captain was a factor as well, might as well be captaining West Indies in the coming T20i world cup. Rachin Ravindra has yet to prove himself in T20 or T20i cricket.
