Cricinfo reckon it was Woakes.
Not watching the game but Cricinfo suggests Salt is keeping, which doesn't sound likely?

There was talk of that before the game, but I don't really know.
fwiw the BBC websites says Woakes took the catch too. As do the Guardian's commentary and the Sky Sports website.

Woakes took the catch. Gower on commentary said it was him. The name on the back of the shirt was Woakes.
