While I think England should take Dawson to India, I really, really hate his action. Would be a bit more acceptable if he bowled unorthodox, but don't understand how he's supposed to get any spin or drift with that arm position.

Yeah, although I guess three centuries and a T20I average of 31 is nothing to sneeze at. I was at the ground when he hit his 14-ball 50 against Sri Lanka - just such an incredible striker when he's on.

It does feel like we were pretty quick to discard him.
