None of Darling, Hilditch or Kent got the chances Wood got. FMD. Just a low, low point in Aus cricket.

Martin Kent was an exceptional talent who was forced into early retirement with a back injury while Darling was picked years too early due to WSC

Looking forward to the PM XI starting tomorrow, obviously to see how the top 4 of Bancroft, Harris, Renshaw and Green play (could impact Warner's 2nd Test selection?)

This was a really strong Aus 2nd XI until Buckingham replaced Neser. Would have preferred Jhye Richardson, Wes Agar or even Chris Tremain to see if he could do a Boland.

(If Buckingham is a "don't disrupt the BBL" selection, isn't Tremain also free?)

I'm waiting for Bancroft and Renshaw to get big hundreds tomorrow while Warner gets 0 & 0 in first Test....and he'll still be there for 2nd test

Isn't that fairly obvious? It's not so much what the truth was, I think we know that, it was how many people knew about it.......and how long it had been going on for.

It would appear that the disgraced former vice captain is holding all the aces. He's not even playing his hand very well (what's with all the weird text messages to Johnson??) and yet it seems the establishment still backs him. I wonder why?

lol let's take the word of the bloke who chips it to first slip and stands the ground

I don't know who knew and who did not but 100% the Cape Town was the first of its kind. Its not humanely possible to do what they did and get away with it when there are 30 cameras basically following every player. Fact that Davey thought it was a good idea is a testimony to his brain capacity
