No no he doesn't make the test team. Not even close. I'd rather Dujon or even Walcott personally. And Haynes, Lloyd, Croft and Roberts shouldn't be there either.I believe he won a test in England

Yeah I forgot this when I picked my side. I don't know how good a keeper he is though. Never paid much attention to it.Not a horrible shout if he's going to keep but he I wouldn't pick him on batting alone.
Surely not a lot of them would have been on the weaker circuit right? Windies play a lot of minnows16 odi hundreds now at an average of 51
He has to get in surely
What is your definition of a minnow ?Surely not a lot of them would have been on the weaker circuit right? Windies play a lot of minnows
Happy to be proven wrong
Aus, Eng, India, Pak, NZ, SAWhat is your definition of a minnow ?
still very decent returns. Don't think he'd be close to a WI ATG ODI team though considering era adjustments. Unless as some said he's playing as keeperBut using your metric Shai Hope has played 61 matches vs the 6 teams you listed ..
2080 runs @ 40.78 with 6 odi hundreds
It's no secret that Shai Hope had problems with rotating the strike, by extension a problem all our batters have.@SillyCowCorner1 can correct me if its untrue but hasnt one of his problems been that he doesn’t rotate strike as often as other great players who don’t bat aggressively do? not sure if he is good for an anchor role in atg teams in a current odi if so
Not in the position of wicket keeper and definitely not wicket keepers in the ODI era.West Indies have had a lot of ATG players in up to the turn of the century. You'd have to be something really special to get in the all time XI.
Did it striking at mid 70's for most of his career in a fast scoring era. Hard to justify that. If he keeps this recent middle order stuff up for another few years it's a different ball game.I'd say this is something pretty special ..
