Another good decision from the umpire, looks like Shanto got swayed into a review by the excited appeals from the bowler and keeper.

You can never rely on the opinion of a bowler, they always think it's out and want a review.

Ackerman embarrassing Shamim, who thinks South Africa is New Zealand, and also, near New Zealand.

Ackerman now educating him about how the reverse sweep is now considered a normal shot. Thereby bringing his understanding in line with anyone who watches any ****ing cricket at all. STFU Shamim.

Also schooling him on how attacking batting isn't automatically irresponsible, thereby exposing the difference between someone who understands cricket entirely in tropes and axiom and someone who's ever actually played or thought about the game. STFU Shamim.

Should also grab Athar by the ear, sit them both down, reiterate the point and then punch them both in the fkn face.

Just seemed like a matter of time with Conway, he looks like he could do with a spell to refresh, he looks cooked at the moment.

He's been playing a hell of a lot of cricket in all formats.

I'm familiar with it but I'm still hopeful that the selectors will have enough sense to pick Ravindra ahead of Nicholls for the next test.

They have an excuse to drop Nicholls now with scores of 19 and 2 in this test, time to strike while the iron is hot.

He didn’t score runs for two years… One test isn’t going to see him dropped 😂 Hell he could go all summer without making anything and Stead will bring up his 200 as a reason he’s still there

Agreed, hasn’t looked his earlier self since the pre-World Cup ODIs. Wouldn’t be averse to ‘resting’ him for a bit starting the next test.

It's just law of probability kicking in , he was never a 50 average test bat , just like Labuschagne was never a 60 average bat.
