Great job Phehlukwayo made some people taste it at the back end there lol
I mean it was a pretty standard Phelukwayo knock. He always needs some time to get in. Which I suppose is the difference between him and Jansen.Great job Phehlukwayo made some people taste it at the back end there lol
But his bowling is even worse than Ngidi's.if sa drop ngidi for andile and bring jansen back in they might get stronger because they will bat down to 8
Naseem Shah has managed what he did there tbf. Afghanistan's death bowling is arse.Great job Phehlukwayo made some people taste it at the back end there lol
Once he gets in he hits it a long way , he's like our Thisara PereraI mean it was a pretty standard Phelukwayo knock. He always needs some time to get in. Which I suppose is the difference between him and Jansen.
He's done it against Pakistan aswell , remember him getting a 50 chasing against Rauf, Afridi and Hasan AliNaseem Shah has managed what he did there tbf. Afghanistan's death bowling is arse.
Jansen's definitely coming back for the next game, so it's really a question of Phehlukwayo vs Ngidi. Ngidi has been the worst of the seamers and there are some injury concerns around him, so there's definitely merit to the Phehlukwayo selection, but it would also depend on whether they want to play Shamsi.Could SA bring in jansen for ngidi next game? Ngidi's not really doing much with the ball right now anyway and jansen was their leading wicket taker this tournament until he got rested this game. 7-8 of Jansen-andile sounds alot better than the alternative, particularly while chasing. Nice to see SA win a game chasing for once aswell, even if it doesn't bode particuarly well for AUS in the semi's.
im surprise andile was played so late, he is also useful at the death with his cutters.if sa drop ngidi for andile and bring jansen back in they might get stronger because they will bat down to 8
And they would still lose to AustraliaShamsi has 15 wickets @24 vs Australia he gets into my side ..
This would be my team :
1.De Kock
2.Hendricks
3.Van Der Dussen
4.Markram (C)
5.Miller
6.Klaasen
7.Jansen
8.Maharaj
9.Coetzee
10.Rabada
11.Shamsi
You better hope so for your sake, with all your anti SA rhetoric .And they would still lose to Australia
