Some Innings that was
@2:50
It was a freakish innings I agree. No doubt he played well, but with tons of assistance from the opposition!Mate you seem to be hard out admitting it was a special kind of innings, find something positive to say about it at least.
Ping @poorlagedstuffIt's not an upset when you take everyone down one after the other. England, pak, SL and now on course to take down Australia!
Yeah Rashid and Nabi should have been banging them in half way down. He would have chased it in 35 overs.They should have just bowled bouncers. Seen Maxwell got out to them quite a few times.
That actually is surprising. You'd think some **** **** from the 80s would have done a 10 off 70
Standard knock from Geoff MarshThat actually is surprising. You'd think some **** **** from the 80s would have done a 10 off 70
Ofcourse not Nabi or Rashid but the guys who send half of Aussie bats to the pavillion.Yeah Rashid and Nabi should have been banging them in half way down. He would have chased it in 35 overs.
You can sit and ponder what should have been done after every crazy knock, but when guys who are capable of playing them get going it doesn't matter what your plan is because the bowling all comes the same to them.
Didn't see any of it. Was Cummins knocking back runs so Maxwell could get the double?
Maxwell couldn’t even run. There were plenty runs on offer, but you had to run to get them. They declined. Glenn went Mad Max style at it. Teeing off on one leg.Didn't see any of it. Was Cummins knocking back runs so Maxwell could get the double?
There's almost always luck and bad bowling in big LO knocks. Otherwise everyone would end up with Gus Gilmour '75 semi final figures.Ofcourse not Nabi or Rashid but the guys who send half of Aussie bats to the pavillion.
Yeah Maxwell knock was mindblowing but he was lucky and there was some bad bowling.
Not like there was a lot of lift in the pitch either. Balls pitched halfway weren't even rising waist high.There's almost always luck and bad bowling in big LO knocks. Otherwise everyone would end up with Gus Gilmour '75 semi final figures.
