We need someone to bowl as Maxwell/Marsh account for 10+ overs

Either replace them with Green & Stoinis or take a punt on Sangha

They'll replace with Green and Stoinis IMO, it's not yet safe to experiment and they seem happy with the bowlers (even though Starc has been godawful)
