Apparently he is. Lets see how he goes.
or simply there's so little batting left it isn't like he's bowling to Kohli and Rohit, he's bowling to Yadav and Bumrah

(could still get carted out the ground of course, but not the same threat level batsmen)

And of course he can't bowl Rashid or Willey, Ali would be suicidal as would Livingstone, only leaves one option which is Wood one end, Woakes the other

Going too hard is how SKY got his place in the Indian Team to be fair. It definitely wasn't because of consistency in 50 Over cricket .
Yea but there is something called game awareness! There is no such thing as natural game, it's a myth. You adapt to the situation

Only positive for India is they have no weak link in bowling. Genuine pace attack and good spinners

50 too many.
arguably, depends how much early assistance Woakes got and how much his counterparts will get

I think at 40/3 India would have settled for a 230 target, England probably would have wanted 200 but perhaps would settle for 230 given some of the targets they've either not chased or have set and not defended ie they're innit, until they bat of course!

230 would normally be a pretty comfortable run chase but I wouldn't be surprised if England made hard work of it given their recent batting form.
