I don't disagree, but if someone had told me six months ago that Crawley would be the best bet to lead our ODI side back to respectability I'd have thought they were crackers. Funny old world.

Probably. But I'll throw in India in 1975 and Australia's Packerless side in 1979 as other possibilities.

Beyond that, WI must feel pretty cheated not to be ranked higher than England.
