Waaaooo to the Pakistani cricket team for their record-breaking performance in today's match! Their relentless determination and outstanding skills shattered previous records. It's a proud moment for Pakistan, and a testament to the talent and hard work of the players. Let's celebrate this historic achievement and look forward to more incredible moments on the cricket field! Pakistan has break the WC record of highest run chase in Pak Vs Sri Lanka .. and its just beginning

A strong man doesn't have to be dominant toward a woman. He doesn't match his strength against a woman weak with love for him. He matches it against the world.

400 could be chased down
I think for this to happen it would need to be between two of the top teams on a very flat pitch, and probably with dew a factor in the evening.

I think NZ could've chased down 400 against England, but the pitch wasn't flat enough early on to allow that kind of target to be set.

I don't see it happening here, the altitude conditions in Joburg were a big reason why it's only happened once.

Also, if they lose to SL on Monday, it will be the first time since 1992 that they've not qualified for the knock-outs.
think I said elsewhere only previous round robin instance (1992) the team finished 4th won, the team finished top went out in the semis as did the team finished 3rd (by a laughable rain rule target of 15 was it off one ball)

up until then England had a good if not great record, 3 finals in the first 5 competitions although iirc correctly first 3 were in England

interesting spin on that is England have reached FOUR finals and indeed when hosting....

1975 semi
1979 runners-up
1983 semi
1999 group
2019 winners

apart from the abysmal effort of 1999 they have a pretty solid record as hosts, did reach the final in 1987 to lose to aussie in Calcutta and a silly Gatshot, and lost in Melbourne in 1992
