International Vice-Captain

What about tertiary disciplines? I heard Barrington was a fantastic captain; remember the Great Barrington declaration? Not better than Kallis in either their primary or secondary discipline, so Kallis for me
True. Waugh and Border tooI'd put Kallis in the mix too. Similar players
If there was anything Rahul never truly mastered, it is this. Ball seemed to get off the shoulder of his bat more often compared to other ATGsVery similar players. Barrington brought on wickets with pace and bounce but was better against spin. Dravid brought on spinning decks was better against pace, bounce and movement than spin.
Yeah I’d probably choose Barrington for his incredible away recordGood comparison. Two very successful defensive no3 bats that both occasionally struggled against pace/bounce. Both played mostly in batting eras too.
Barrington did have the advantage of playing almost his entire test career from the age of 28 to 37 but his overseas record is startlingly good.
What are you on about? Averaged higher away, won test matches for India in England, Australia and Pakistan at a time this was a very rare event. Had arguably the best series for an6 Indian batsman ever outside of India in England 2011Dravid doesn't have a great away record so Barrington
You are among the worst of CW and have worse takes than this weekly. Your bias against certain players is absolutely disgusting. This poll represents the worst of CW.
Edit: I see the result has been reversed since I said this but Barrington over Dravid is an atrocious opinion.
Barrington averaged 70 away in the same era as Sobers including 70 in Australia. What are you on about?
