Warne. Greatest spinner ever.

Kallis is an overrated bat and his occasional dibbly dobbly bowling isnt going to save him here.

Can't imagine how many games he cost SA by spreading his defensive vibes in the dressing room. Contrast that with Warne who had a pure winner mentality.

Warne as a bowler than Kallis was a bat by a decent margin. And Warne’s secondary and tertiary are good enough to offset Kallis allround achievements.

Yeah, like the time he told the SA lads that 434 was 15 runs short in the epic ODI. For real dude, you have a tendency to just extrapolate to extremes just from the little insight we get on TV screens from sportsmen using the approach that works or them.

No one's going to play in exactly manner that you approve them of doing, and nor should they. I like and appreciate Kallis just fine the way he was. An ATG, and a stud.

Agree that Warne is a bit overrated too objectively (not least in England) but think I'd rather have him than Kallis because he was such a point of difference.
