It's silly but I don't think discouraging from looking for older threads to post stuff in is a good idea, so we're rolling with it this time. We should reward him for that.

It does back up my preference for listing the season in the title rather than the year though. Tests were in season 2022/23 and these ODIs/T20Is are in 2023/24 - he couldn't have done it if we'd gone with that.

Really don't understand the logic in resting 2 of our key batsman going into a world cup where is rohit and Kholi, you need game time now and not rest.

Agreed. Vs Bangladesh game Rohit played 2 balls, did not bat in final. Kohli hot out cheaply against SL last Tuesday, rested Bangladesh he and did not bat in final. Both are resting for a week, and you need more rest?
You need runs.
Only resting pandya and may be fast bowlers makes sense, not batsman!
